In this role, you will own the design, development, and maintenance of backend services that connect our platform to external healthcare systems, partner APIs, ERP systems, and analytics tools. You will be a key technical contributor on a small, high-impact team responsible for ensuring that clinical and operational data flows securely and reliably across our ecosystem.</p> <p>This is a senior individual contributor role with real architectural influence. You will work closely with the Integrations Lead to shape technical direction, mentor teammates, and make decisions that directly affect how our platform connects to the broader healthcare landscape. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with our Cloud, Data, Mobile, and Web teams.</p> <p><strong>The Specifics</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Integration Architecture: </strong>Design and implement integration patterns for connecting external healthcare systems, ERP platforms, and analytics tools to our internal services. You will own the technical approach for new partner integrations end-to-end</li> <li><strong>Backend Development:</strong> Build and maintain scalable backend services using Kotlin and/or Python, with a focus on reliability, security, and clean API contracts.</li> <li><strong>API Design &amp; Collaboration: </strong>Design, document, and maintain RESTful APIs. Work directly with external partners and internal teams to negotiate data contracts, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure interoperability.</li> <li><strong>Cloud &amp; Containerization: </strong>Deploy and manage containerized services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar, using Docker/Kubernetes (k8s).</li> <li><strong>Data Pipeline &amp; Warehouse Awareness:</strong> Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure integrations feed cleanly into and
