Job Details:

Purpose

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and updating the PRC website and SharePoint site.
• Monitor and manage Google Alerts and Google Scholar Alerts for faculty, research, and center activities.
• Provide publication support, including tracking, organizing, and updating publication records.
• Assist with preparing and formatting content for newsletters, web pages, and other communications.
• Support data entry, file organization, and maintenance of administrative records.
• Assist with special projects and event logistics as assigned.
• Conduct basic online research and compile information to support PRC initiatives.
• Perform other general administrative duties in support of PRC operations.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with software applications, including web and content management systems.
• Student required to be enrolled in at least 6 hours in long semesters.
   

Salary Range

$13 an hour
