Senior Learning Strategy Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Learning Strategy Manager to help us manage and develop Pipedrive’s educational content strategy, including managing the organisation's digital learning properties, in our Lisbon office. This is a critical role that spans multiple areas across the organization. You’ll get the chance to work with our awesome CX team, reporting directly to the VP of Customer Experience and working closely with other marketing staff and business leaders. Your new adventure:

• Define the digital learning strategy, working with other areas and stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored programs
• Create and manage a roadmap for Learning channels (including educational videos, courses/certifications, and knowledge base articles) in collaboration with other areas and stakeholders 
• Oversee the development of digital training resources, ensuring the quality and accuracy of educational content
• Manage, develop and monitor the performance of digital learning properties (Videos, Academy, Knowledge Base, and Webinars)
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and metrics
• Manage the Learning Team to deliver high-quality training, working to facilitate efficiency, productivity and sound production processes

Does this sound like you?

• Proven experience managing and executing customer educational content strategies
• Knowledge of video production (pre-production, scripting, audio and video recording, screen capture, editing, and publication)
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and course-based learning strategies.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Base strategies and tooling.
• Knowledge of Webinar/video live broadcasting and best practices.
• Knowledge of social platforms (Youtube, LinkedIn, etc)
• Knowledge of Jira and task management.
• ROI calculation and analytical know-how.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms.
• Team management skills
• Basic SEO skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management experience
