Salesforce Developer

Description

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, specifically with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex coding. This role is not for Salesforce Administrators; we are looking for a certified developer who can design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using LWC and Apex.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and other systems.
• Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring they align with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and training as needed.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends.

Requirements

 

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is required.
• Proven experience with Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Proficiency in developing custom applications and components within the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
