What you'll do

• Oversee on-site operations of two Mobile Home and RV Communities in Isleton
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors and team members
• Answer phones, set appointments
• Assist in the marketing, showing and upkeep of park owned homes and spaces for rent within the park
• Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
• Collect rent
• Following all safety & emergency procedures
• Communicating with management daily
• Adhering to Company standards
• Provide administration support
• Communicate, by phone, email and in person with team members and vendors
• Enforce rules & regulations of community
• Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
• Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
• Additional duties as assigned

• A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
• An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Microsoft

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of office experience
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay rate: $20-24/hour depending on experience
• Full-time, 30+ hours a week
