Job Summary:
Macy's, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Operations Support Colleague. A colleague in this role will be responsible for calling new hires to confirm onboarding schedules and answer pre-employment questions before the start of their new role. Perform other duties as assigned.
Potential to work from home based on performance after introductory period for Full Time shifts. You must live within a commutable distance (50 miles) of the location.

What you will do:
- Call candidates to confirm onboarding time and date; send confirmation via email.
- Answer questions via phone and email regarding onboarding process from candidates.
- Update new hire onboarding schedule when needed; send schedule update to all parties once confirmed.
- Record candidate contact using Microsoft Apps and an Applicant Tracking System
- Provide assistance to new hires regarding pre-employment activities by sending offer letters and essential onboarding documents.
- Disposition candidates that declined the offer.
- Investigate and answer routine and non-routine questions regarding onboarding issues; answer questions from leaders in work locations regarding onboarding status
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and working from a dual monitor set-up
- Possess sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Prior use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) a plus
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
Essential Physical Requirements:
- May require working with multiple computer screens and programs simultaneously for extended periods of time.
- May Involve, reaching stooping, kneeling or crouching
- Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.
