Premier Cooperative is seeking a motivated and dependable Seasonal Grain Operator to support our Mineral Point location during. This individual will play a key role in day-to-day grain operations, including receiving, handling, and loading out grain while maintaining a safe and efficient facility.

Key Responsibilities


Receive, unload, and handle incoming grain efficiently and accurately
Load out grain for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy
Maintain the physical plant and equipment, including routine maintenance and general housekeeping.
Keep facilities, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work as part of a team to meet operational goals during peak demand periods


This position can work 40 hours a week or more limited hours.

Ability to work in an outdoor, physically demanding environment
Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends as needed during peak season - if willing to stay on for fall harvest
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Agriculture or grain handling experience preferred, but not required


Work Environment


Exposure to grain dust, noise, and varying weather conditions
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work around operating equipment safely
