Commercial Operations Analyst
Employer Direct HealthcareAbout the role
Employer Direct Healthcare is on a mission to transform access to excellent care for the moments that matter most. We provide high-quality, cost-efficient solutions for self-funded employers and their employees. Our solutions transform healthcare for our members, facilitating access to excellent care at fair prices nationwide.
For the past decade, we’ve challenged the status quo in healthcare with the market leading center of excellence (COE) for surgical care, SurgeryPlus. Our surgeon-first model is the largest and most accessible network (3-4x larger than our peers), which has delivered an ROI 3x our peers. Our success is based in our ability to give our members access to excellent care locally.
The cost, quality, access and experience challenges we’re solving for in surgery, are also prevalent in cancer care, the #1 or #2 driver of employer spend. Which is why we’ve launched a first of its kind end-to-end solution, Cancer Care Direct.
The Mission
Transform access to excellent care for the moments that matter most.
