Hillside Boutique Hotel is seeking an organized Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel. This role involves supervising staff, inspecting rooms, and maintaining efficient housekeeping operations. Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
