Location
NHQPurpose
~ Support HMA/GMA and senior executive management of Public Ownership Companies and privately held automotive groups owning multiple Hyundai & Genesis dealerships. Aid in the optimization of portfolio performance, facility standards and future growth opportunities. Provide assistance and guidance to Dealer Group partners in relation to initiatives, programs, and performance. Coordinate work with regional teams and national stakeholders to facilitate alignment between organizations and broader adoption of initiatives in support of the Dealer Network Strategy
Major Responsibilities
~ Develop, maintain, & analyze reports for dealer group partners (performance, financial, forecasting, etc.).
~ Aid in development of monthly communications to promote company initiatives with dealer group partners.
~ Create presentations for Dealer Group meetings, DND Steering Committee, and executive market drives.
~ Create purchase requisitions and documents necessary for department projects and meetings.
~ Manage department budget utilization, reconciliation, and transfers for department.
~ Manage administration, procurement, and vendor relationship for investor/partner meetings.
~ Support regional communication including conference calls, emails, and meeting presentations.
~ Manage multiple vendors to successfully implement dealer group programming.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
~ Responsible for ad-hoc reporting and special projects to the DND department.
~ Track facility improvements for both Hyundai and Genesis for our dealer group partners.
~ Provide assistance and guidance to Dealer Group partners with company initiatives, programs and performance.
~ Track and manage paperwork, reporting and follow-up for market actions, Financial Intervention (FI), Public/Private Company Agreement (framework), and facility addendums for executive leadership and dealer group partners.
~ Prepare materials for executive investor meetings to engage and attract top performing “Rainmakers” into our Dealer Network.
Authority
~ Manage dealer group management team budget utilization, transfers, and reconciliation.
Education
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred~ Master’s degree a plusRelated Experience
~ Seven to nine years of experience, including seven years of automotive wholesale experience.
~ Two years’ experience in Dealer Development and Market Representation related activity preferred. Automotive field management positions and contact experience a plus.

~ Demonstrated management and leadership ability.
