Automotive Sales Consultant - Toyota Bloomington

Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 per year  This role has a base salary of $40,000 + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential How do our Customer Specialists Drive Impact? After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Automotive Sales Consultants will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process.

How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact?

• Assist customer on buying desired vehicle.
• Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
• Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store.

We're Looking For:

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
• Proven experience working within a team environment.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
• This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.
• Bi-Lingual preferred, not required. Seeking Spanish, Hmong or Somali speaking candidates.
