This entry-level role will play a key part in coordinating logistics, managing product orders, and supporting influencer onboarding, acting as a central connector across internal teams and external partners.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing"><em>Influencer &amp; Partner Support</em></p> <ul> <li><span>Assist with onboarding new influencer &nbsp;partners, including collecting required documentation and supporting setup in payment platforms (e.g., Coupa)</span></li> <li><span>Support contract and asset management by organizing and uploading influencer deliverables across internal systems</span></li> <li><span>Help maintain accurate records of influencer information, contracts, and payment status</span></li> </ul> <p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing"><em>Product Seeding &amp; Gifting</em></p> <ul> <li><span>Manage ongoing product orders for influencers, press, VIPs, and stylists, including placing orders and sharing tracking details</span></li> <li><span>Support daily athlete gifting to maintain relationships and drive organic brand engagement</span></li> <li><span>Assist with larger-scale gifting initiatives (e.g., press previews), including order coordination and tracking</span></li> </ul> <p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing"><em>Logistics &amp; Operations</em></p> <ul> <li><span>Own end-to-end sample and product order coordination, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery—especially for international destinations</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate global shipping logistics, including documentation, customs clearance, duties/taxes, and resolving delivery issues</span></li> <li><span>Partner closely with warehouses, logistics teams, and external
