SalesBizLab We are is seeking an Entry Level Personal Assistant to support senior executives and team members in daily operations. This position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently while providing exceptional support to enhance overall productivity.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules and calendars for executives, ensuring meetings and appointments are organized.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and other communication tasks.
• Assist with project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is properly stocked and accessible.
• Prepare documents and presentations for meetings and events.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document organization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
