About the role

Project CoordinatorConcordia is seeking an onsite A&E Coordinator to support the Engineering and site acquisition teams with procurement, and construction related tasks.The ideal candidate has at least three years of related experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and self-driven with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is someone who can handle pressure very well and understands that our company handles multiple projects per day. We are an established company that is growing. We are always looking to add positive, forward thinking individuals who possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with clients on current and pending status of jobs.
  • Maintaining project data in company’s database.
  • Coordinating with Project Managers on project start dates and status of permits for jobs.
  • Overseeing the permit process for commercial install jobs across the country.
  • Arranging for payment for permits in a timely manner.
  • Tracking open permits and report progress to Project Managers.
  • Coordinating the final inspections of jobs as required.
  • Requesting COs and surety bonds for permits and business licenses
  • Arranging for construction testing and engineering services if necessary.
  • Supports Project Managers for assigned projects
  • Creates and updates the project schedules from mid-stage development through engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects
  • Administers the RFP process for long lead procurement and EPC services
  • Reviews and collaboratively edits project contractual documents and exhibits
  • Finds technical solutions for the project team
  • Provides project information for project stake holders and manages the document control process for assigned projects
  • Leads construct ability reviews and other project engineering and construction meetings with in-house staff
  • Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2+ years of related experience
  • High standard of integrity and reliability
  • Demonstrated management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Able to work under very tight time requirements and deadlines
  • Project management knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with others
  • Able to work some weekends during deadline
  • Able to read, write, understand, and speak English proficiently
  • Typical Computer Apps such as MS Project, Master Builder, CRM and other Construction related software
  • Soft Skills such as : Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication
