Our Loan Production Coordinator supports assigned sales team consisting of Sales Management and Loan Officers. Responsible for assisting with all customer related communications and tasks, collecting proper and applicable documentation based on various loan file milestones, reviewing files and ensuring completeness of submissions. Identifies any challenges associated with a transaction regarding items being requested during the loan origination process, communicates with the Loan Officer, Loan Processor, and other operations staff, working with all parties involved to ensure a resolution. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The starting base pay for this position is $17.12/hr. 

What you’ll do:

• Develop individual relationships with assigned Sales Team to determine any additional assistance that may be needed on a case by case basis. 
• Proactively monitor pipeline to ensure closing dates are met. 
• Make outbound calls to customers following up on documentation.
• Collect customer documentation for the loan process.
• Assist with obtaining necessary information to process and complete mortgage loan files.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of work with Company policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Ensure that all loans are processed to meet agency guidelines (FNMA, FMHL, FHA, VA, and USDA).
• Organize and input loan information received into the company’s Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Collect information and prepare reports as applicable.
• Provide backup assistance for the Loan Officers in their absence for activities that do not require a MLO license. 

What you’ll need:

• Ability to maintain highly confidential information in accordance with Company’s privacy policy concerning borrower’s confidential information
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
