Tribble Electric is searching for an Electrical Foreman to join our team! An Electrical Foreman leads by example. They act as a liaison to upper leadership to communicate the status of completed work and help to ensure jobs finish on schedule. They use their tools and assist in the completion of assigned jobs while overseeing the success of their team. An Electrical Foreperson draws upon their experience to troubleshoot day-to-day issues and provide insight into effective solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all daily functions of Commercial Electrical construction projects.
  • Inspect work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety and ensure that specifications are met.
  • Read blueprints to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and/or schedule the activities of Electricians and Apprentices.
  • Assign work to employees based on job needs and employee experience levels.
  • Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities and contractors.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of electrical trade school and/or Journeyman or Master Electrical License is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience as an electrician is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead position, overseeing junior and peer electricians is preferred, but not required.
