Are you a licensed Veterinary Technician ready to take your anesthetic skills to the next level? Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital in Portsmouth, NH is looking for a passionate, skilled technician to join our state-of-the-art Surgery Service!

• Competitive Pay: $22 - $35/hour based on skill assessment and anesthesia experience. Even higher for VTS!

• Guide clients and patients through their visits, working closely with our board certified surgeons and anesthesiologist ensuring exceptional care. 
• Participate in patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and diverse array of cutting-edge procedures. 
• Monitor anesthesia, sedations, and surgical protocols, including scrubbing in on life-changing and life-saving surgeries (individualized onboarding and skills development plan included). 
• Serve as a patient advocate, providing compassionate care and ensuring their comfort and safety during their stay. 
• Level up your imaging skills! Our team is diving into advanced diagnostic technology, including CT & C-arm imaging, to support cutting-edge orthopedic procedures.

• Currently active veterinary technician licensure (CVT, LVT, or VTS) 
• At least 2 years of veterinary technician experience in a clinical setting.
• Anesthesia monitoring skills required (strong is preferred), radiographic technique knowledge, and a passion for delivering top-tier patient care. 
• An ability to work both independently and within a team; a dedication to maintaining a positive, supportive hospital culture. 
• Working knowledge of Ezyvet and/or Smartflow a plus.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role
