The Difference You Make:
The Sr. Associate, Product Analyst uses data to evaluate product performance, understand customer behavior, and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and achieve business goals.

Act as a strategic problem-solver, identifying business needs, gathering requirements, and proposing innovative, data-driven solutions to improve processes, products, or systems, while aligning closely with organizational goals and creating long-term value.

Drawing elements from strategy consulting, the role involves a structured problem-solving approach, stakeholder influence, and actionable recommendations for high-impact business decisions.

• Strategic Problem-Solving and Analysis: Apply a structured framework (e.g., issue trees, hypothesis-driven problem-solving) to dissect complex business challenges.
• Strategic Problem-Solving and Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis into business performance, market dynamics, and competitive benchmarks to uncover key insights.
• Product & Customer Insights: Track and analyze key product metrics (e.g., retention, churn, conversion rates).
• Product & Customer Insights: Conduct user behavior analysis and identify friction points.
• Product & Customer Insights: Collaborate with product teams to inform decisions through data insights and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
• Stakeholder Engagement and Influence: Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to define business objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Influence: Present clear, data-backed recommendations with compelling storytelling to drive stakeholder alignment and action.
• End-to-End Delivery and Change Management: Design and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy.
• End-to-End Delivery and Change Management: Partner with delivery teams to implement solutions and oversee change management to ensure smooth adoption.

Bachelor's Degree: in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, Applied Mathematics - Required.
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, Applied Mathematics - Preferred.

7+ Years Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Applied Mathematics - Required.

• Proficiency in analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, or R.
• Knowledge and skill in experimentation and statistical analysis.
• Strategic Thinking: Expertise in breaking down complex problems into actionable components.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and articulate long-term goals while delivering short-term wins.
• Analytical and tactical planning skills.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in gathering and analyzing data to support recommendations.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for insights generation.
• Consulting and Influence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Consulting and Influence: Experience in building compelling presentations and reports that distill complex ideas into actionable strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of methodologies like Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma for process improvement.
