We are looking for Sr Information Security Analyst at Aptos.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze vulnerability data and work with relevant stakeholders to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities
• Creation of playbooks for incident response and remediation
• Assist infrastructure teams and the SOC (MSSP) with alert investigation and remediation
• Container vulnerability management - compliance tooling (familiarity with compliance tools especially Aqua a real bonus). Ensure compliance rules are deployed and enforced by both DevOps/Ops
• Day to day management of automated phishing testing tools
• Work with infrastructure teams to ensure vulnerability management and logging tools are fully deployed
• Validate asset inventories
• Support day to day operations & management of security solutions
• Fine tune queries to extract maximum value from existing tool set
• Organization and (or) management of penetration testing across the organization
• CIS policy hardening benchmark management - with Infrastructure and Professional Services teams
• Evaluate current system controls to help identify security posture & performance improvement opportunities
• Interaction with password management tools to ensure minimum privileges yet availability is consistent with agreed scope.
• Conduct and/or assist with internal and external audits and risk assessments to understand, quantify, prioritize and mitigate risk
• Data classification and tagging, implementing a new DLP/CASB/SASE solution
• Assist with 3rd party vendor assessment
• Assist with security communications program and the development of training and awareness programs
• Assist with development and testing of BCP/DR plans
• Reporting of project/BAU status to management
• Responding on an on call rotation for security incidents

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of security experience along with a background in networking, IT infrastructure. 
• Experience working with a geographically distributed team
• Initiative – Proven ability to identify areas of opportunity and organize work to address them 
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical items in a non-technical way
• Negotiating skills

• The pay range for this position is between $xx,000 and $xx,000 plus Annual Incentive Bonus. Starting salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
