Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The 1st Quality Assurance Clerical will learn core QA functions. The DC QA Clerical will have an assigned focus on completing job functions that align with the DC service level agreements. The role requires accountability for completing DC audits and communication with cross functional partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure Audits are completed in a timely manner.
• Learn systems such as RDM, Tableau, Crystal, RMS, AQCS.
• Measure garments to ensure they are within standard deviation.
• Inspect garments to ensure they are within the acceptable tolerance.
• Communicate any issues and questions to the Quality assurance Lead.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• At least 1-2 years experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Ability to use critical thinking to proactively identify and remove obstacles to success
• Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to work overtime, including extra days
• Stand up to 3 hours per day on concrete floors.
• Push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs sporadically.
