About the role
<p>Finance Specialist Poland</p><p> </p><p>The main goal of Finance Specialist is to support the Polish Finance Manager with a wide range of financial tasks to ensure correct financial operations, secure accuracy and compliance with local laws and guidelines as well as a good cooperation with Nilfisk group functions, local departments and external accounting service provider. The work includes preparation of weekly, monthly and annual financial and controlling reports.</p><p> </p><p>Main scope of the role:</p><ul><li><p>Payment processing in SAP and in the banking system</p></li><li><p>Ongoing cooperation with accounting in the scope of coordinating the correctness of accounting and cost allocation.</p></li><li><p>Support with external and internal audits</p></li><li><p>Support for document flow control in Medius</p></li><li><p>Coordination of the re-invoicing process in cooperation with accounting</p></li><li><p>Confirming intergroup statements</p></li><li><p>Administration of leasing costs and updating IFRS 16 data in Planon system</p></li><li><p>Preparation of ad hoc reports and data analysis</p></li><li><p>Support inventory of company assets (accounts receivables, inventory, fixed assets)</p></li><li><p>Support the process of granting credit limits according to company principles</p></li><li><p>Support debt collection process in consultation with the customer service department and external law firms</p></li><li><p>Active participation in month/yearend closing. Controlling the implementation of all points of the month closing procedure. Preparation of reports for Nilfisk group.</p></li><li><p>Support in creating forecasts and budgets</p></li><li><p>Reconciling balances of external and internal contractors</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Foreign Languages:</p><p>Good knowledge of English spoken & written</p><p> </p><p>IT systems knowledge:</p><p>Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and BI, OneStream (beneficial) and Planon (beneficial)</p><p> </p><p>Education:</p><p>University degree (alternatively a student at the finance department)</p><p> </p><p>Preferred working style:</p><p>Very good communication and interpersonal skills Independence in action Accuracy, conscientiousness and punctuality Compliance with rules and procedures Very good work organization</p><p> </p><p>Candidate experience:</p><p>Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Good understanding of IFRS and local GAAP Ability to deal with different stakeholders Ability to work under time pressure</p><p>Let’s create a cleaner future together</p><p></p><p>Clean is changing.
