General Operator

Job Title: General Operator 
  Job Summary  Responsible for the operation and basic preventive maintenance of CNC Machines. 
  Responsibility 

• Operation of machines/equipment in the CNC department 
• Operation of computerized equipment 
• Produce quality parts 
• Complete tool changeovers and tool settings 
• Loading and unloading parts and gauge 
• Dipping parts in rust preventative 
• Stacking parts in customer container 
• Troubleshooting 
• Reduce scrap and rework 
• Housekeeping 

  Academic/Educational Requirements 

• Previous Manufacturing experience is an asset 
• High School diploma or equivalent 

  Required Skills/Experience 

• Ability to work all rotating shifts 
• Ability to work overtime as required 
• Must be willing to learn 
• Work independently and as part of a team
