Senior MuleSoft Architect (Salesforce)

Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will architect, design, and build mission-critical integrations between Salesforce and other systems, partnering closely with functional stakeholders, the project management office (PMO), integration partners, and the Salesforce delivery team.

• Senior technical leadership for MuleSoft integration delivery across multiple pods/teams
• Architecture and solution design with integration partners, functionals/PMO, and Salesforce architects
• Hands-on development of MuleSoft APIs and flows using scalable, reusable API-led patterns
• End-to-end integration delivery ownership (discovery → build → test support → deployment → hypercare)
• Strong Salesforce integration skills: interface contracts, data mapping, error handling, and performance/non-functional requirements
• Integration best practices in regulated environments: security controls, logging/monitoring, resilience/versioning, troubleshooting, and technical documentation

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience designing and developing enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including hands-on build responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), eventing/messaging patterns, and secure data exchange
• Experience designing API-led connectivity and integration patterns for multi-system programs (e.g., system/process/experience APIs)
• Experience working in AWS GovCloud and/or regulated cloud environments with heightened security requirements
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills—able to translate functional needs into technical designs across functionals, PMO, integration partners, and delivery teams
• Experience implementing or overseeing test automation for Salesforce (framework/tooling specifics as applicable to your environment)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Ability to travel 20-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred: 

• Experience with MuleSoft PCE (Private Cloud Edition) operations and delivery considerations (deployment models, runtime management, environment strategy)
