The Payroll Implementation Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of our payroll systems and processes on a global scale. This individual will lead the migration project from ADP to Oracle HCM, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to payroll operations. The role requires a deep understanding of both ADP and Oracle systems, as well as expertise in documenting, optimizing, and automating existing manual processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration project from ADP to Oracle HCM, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to payroll operations.
  • Document current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize payroll processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Provide training and support to payroll staff on new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with ADP and Oracle HCM systems is a MUST.
  • Strong background in process improvement and automation within a payroll function.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
