Payroll Specialist

We have partnered with a rapidly growing company who is a leader in their industry. Due to growth, the team is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to join their HR and finance team.

What you will be doing:

• Accurate and timely processing of the weekly and biweekly hourly and salary payroll
• Assist in payroll and timesheet audit activities
• Prepare and balance payroll runs per compliance requirements
• Processes payrolls for various scheduled pay dates. Detailed reconciliation and balancing.
• Enters and audits payroll adjustments, manual checks and refunds as well as maintaining logs and spreadsheets to reconcile data and audit entries.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience of payroll processing
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and ADP
