2025 Global Labeling Management (GLM) Project Management Intern Overview

Global Label Management is the global organization creating and managing packaging labels. The Project Manager will use project management knowledge and techniques to facilitate the realization of tactical goals within the Global Label Management department. This position will participate in or lead department projects, formulate project strategies, and develop projects plans and goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Works to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, timelines and deliverables. 
2. Develop process flow maps of identified processes selected for process improvements.
3. Utilizes project tools to manage project according to plan.
4. Apply analytical thinking skills and knowledge
5. Assist in the preparation and presentation of written and oral reports and presentations for a variety of audiences
6. Provide input into quality documents, training documents, job aids, and work instructions
7. Maintain strong relationships with department teams to identify opportunities for improvements in process, communication, or business practices
8. Use strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with daily operation of department
