Job Description

Stream Realty Partners, L.P. (“Stream”), an established leader within the commercial real estate industry, is looking for an incredibly talented person to fill the role of Senior Associate focused on leasing office buildings. This extraordinary opportunity is for an  individual who is looking to make an immediate impact and build a meaningful career within the commercial real estate business.

Stream currently has a 3,000,000 square foot portfolio, and candidates will be expected to execute on getting office projects leased as well as cultivate external relationships to build a platform of new tenant business. As a leasing and tenant representation professional, you will be a key part in the firm’s business functions as well as instructed by Stream’s leadership in real estate, finance, and sales.  We are looking for an IMPACT player that wants to grow in a face-paced environment.  We are always looking for nice, honest, intelligent, intense, disciplined, and passionate people to join our firm.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing a deep understanding of the real estate market by obtaining latest market and industry research, historical information and trends 
• Creating and organizing a detailed database for tenant pursuits and proactively scheduling and meeting with prospective tenants
• Contributing in building tours, presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparation 
• Maintaining daily interaction with clients 
• Participating in firm marketing and business development opportunities 
• Performing complex financial modeling and analysis 

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.  MSRE, MBA, CFA, CCIM or SOIR preferred.
• 1 to 10 years of commercial real estate leasing experience
• An understanding of client needs and dedication to service
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Leadership experience, sales and negotiating skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude
• Must be able to succeed in an environment that values individual perspectives and encourages sharing of information and ideas, while driving towards common goals
