About the role

Administrative Assistant/Intake Specialist needed for Vista Counseling (www.vistapsych.com), a psychology practice based in Eugene, OR with offices in Eugene, Portland, and Bend.

The annual pay range is $43,000 to $46,000. This is an hourly pay position.

Duties include answering incoming phone calls for new and existing clients, matching new clients to therapists and scheduling intakes, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, as well as other office duties to help operate the practice. 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with website browsers, word processing, email, database entry, and phone systems.
  • Professional and friendly at all times with clients
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work.
  • Easy to work with and able to accept correction, training, and feedback well.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience of professional phone scheduling or receptionist duties, where phone and email duties were a large part of the job (dental office, spa scheduler, medical receptionist, hair salon, etc).
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is a plus.
