Test Engineers (financial sector) - No Freelancers<p><strong>Position overview</strong></p> Digitribe is looking for a Test Engineer who is passionate about quality and thrives in an Agile environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of software solutions delivered to our clients. Working closely with development and business teams, you will design, implement, and execute test strategies to guarantee the delivery of robust and high-quality products.<p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria. </li> <li>Execute manual and automated tests, identify defects, and ensure their proper tracking and resolution. </li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and best practices within Agile/Scrum teams. </li> <li>Participate in sprint ceremonies, providing quality insights and advocating for a quality-first mindset across the team. </li> <li>Report on test results, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. </li> </ul> Technical skills:<br> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or similar role in software quality assurance. </li> <li>Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, or similar). </li> <li>Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling or similar). </li> <li>Hands on Experience with Python </li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. </li> <li>Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent by experience. </li> <li>Fluent in English and French or Dutch. </li> </ul> <br> Soft skills &amp; Agile mindset:<br> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail with a quality-driven and systematic approach to work. </li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams. </li> <li>Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment, with a continuous improvement mindset. </li> </ul>
