DigiTribe - Project Manager (Financial Sector)

Digitribe is looking for a Project Manager who thrives in an Agile environment and plays a key role in delivering value to our clients. As a Project Manager, you will lead complex initiatives in a fast-moving and evolving environment. You will foster collaboration, continuous adaptation, and value delivery. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and aligning business and technical objectives.<p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Deliver projects within time, budget and scope. </li> <li>Lead planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery of projects. </li> <li>Promote a culture focused on collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. </li> <li>Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. </li> <li>Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure value delivery at each iteration. </li> <li>Support teams in adopting best practices. </li> <li>Provide clear, outcome-oriented reporting to sponsors and stakeholders. </li> </ul><p><strong>Scope of intervention | type of projects</strong></p> Project Managers may work on a wide range of initiatives, including<br> <ul> <li>Cybersecurity — security governance, IAM, SOC, pentesting, compliance. </li> <li>Cloud &amp; DevOps — cloud migrations, CI/CD automation, application modernization. </li> <li>Infrastructure &amp; Networks — infrastructure upgrades, DataCenter management, networking, workplace. </li> <li>Data &amp; Analytics — data governance, data platforms, BI, AI, data quality. </li> <li>Digital Delivery — application development, digital products, UX/UI, web platforms. </li> </ul><p><strong>About DigiTribe</strong></p> Digitribe is a consulting company specialized in Cyber Security, Cloud, Architecture, Digital Transformation and Data &amp; AI. Technical skills:<br> <ul> <li>Proven experience in project management (Agile, hybrid, or traditional) </li> <li>Ability to work across diverse technical environments </li> <li>Experience with Office 356 </li> <li>Experience with Jira </li> <li>Certified in Prince2, PMI/PMP or other relevant certifications is a strong asset </li> <li>Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience </li> <li>Fluent in English + French or Dutch </li> </ul> &nbsp;<br> Soft skills &amp; Agile mindset:<br> <ul> <li>Strong (stakeholder) communication and coordination skills </li> <li>Result driven mindset with strong analytical and prioritization skills </li> <li>Adaptability and ability to support organizational change </li> </ul>
