Who you are

You are an experienced and strategic executive with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and sales operations. With a proven ability to guide senior leaders and align cross-functional teams, you excel at driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and overseeing projects with an analytical and operational focus. Your business acumen, legal insight, and executive coordination skills enable you to be a key partner in supporting high-level decision-making and ensuring the alignment of sales goals with broader organizational objectives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Executive Coordination & Communication: Serve as the strategic liaison between the President & Chief Commercial Officer and General Managers, facilitating cross-functional alignment and ensuring cohesive communication with both internal senior leadership and external stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and government officials, to advance key initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Represent OnMed in high-level meetings and engagements with external stakeholders, including government representatives, industry leaders, and executive partners. Drive strategic partnerships and foster collaborative relationships that align with corporate objectives and enhance market positioning.
  • Strategic Oversight of Sales Operations: Guide and coordinate with Business Development Leaders and Representatives, ensuring that strategies, objectives, and messaging are consistent and support corporate growth goals.
  • Sales Enablement Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure the sales team and General Managers are equipped with tailored, high-impact materials, data insights, and tools that align with strategic goals.
  • Compliance and Financial Review: Oversee travel and expense submissions for adherence to Company standards, providing periodic analysis and recommendations to optimize financial management practices.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead executive meetings, including agenda-setting, documentation, and follow-up on strategic priorities. Drive operational improvement by tracking milestones, assessing outcomes, and ensuring accountability.
  • Project Management: Spearhead high-impact projects, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver insights and foster alignment on strategic business goals.
  • Miscellaneous: Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the President & Chief Commercial Officer at his discretion from time to time.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to partner with senior executives, leveraging strategic insight to drive alignment and foster high-level organizational cohesion.
  • Expertise in synthesizing complex information into actionable insights that support executive decision-making and strategic direction.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across functions and leadership levels.
  • Proficient in overseeing financial policies related to travel and expense reporting, with a focus on compliance and optimization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects independently, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and creatively solve problems.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in sales, business operations, corporate strategy, executive coordination, or related fields.
