Overview of the internships
We have multiple Studio Service internship opportunities available. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for all internship opportunities within this area. These internships will be located in the LA area. The selected interns will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager’s in office schedule.
Working for studio services is a remarkable opportunity that allows you to connect with various levels of the company, including corporate and production. You take on direct responsibility for specific work requests and guide projects to completion. As you embark on our internship, a world of possibilities opens up. You'll have the chance to work closely with mentors from different departments, gaining invaluable experience. Witnessing projects unfold from start to finish, you become an integral part of decision-making, ultimately experiencing the profound satisfaction of seeing your hard work come to life.
Your Role Accountabilities
The projects you'll tackle will include:
Stage walks
Working with Auditor
Job walking projects with vendors
You'll gain valuable insights into the infrastructure of stages and buildings while working closely with various trades to master their processes.
Your responsibilities will focus on:
Follow-through, accountability, and clear communication to ensure that tasks are executed efficiently, and decisions are made decisively.
During this semester with studio services, you will accomplish a great deal. Your work experience will be extensive and rewarding, covering everything from collaborating with productions on location shoots to understanding the intricate operations of running a facility, from rooftops to streets.
Qualifications & Experience
Understanding computer work and good communication skills.
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
Must be a rising Junior or Senior undergrad (18 years or older)
Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA) A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended.
