We’re part relationship-builders, part analysts, and part technical problem-solvers.<br/>We love figuring out: </p> <p>“Which other apps in my client’s portfolio could benefit from our programmatic demand?”<br/>“How can we keep optimizing user funnels for more revenue?”<br/>“Where can new ad placements drive success?”<br/>“What technical improvements can help my partners hit their next revenue milestone?” </p> <p>We’re obsessed with helping our partners succeed and using those insights to help shape adjoe’s future products.</p> <h2 id="what-youll-do">What You’ll Do:</h2> <ul> <li>Own a portfolio of top app publishers, helping them unlock new revenue streams and boosting ours in the process</li> <li>Build strong, trusted relationships through smart, proactive communication via Slack, email, and calls</li> <li>Dive into performance data to spot trends, solve problems, and pitch new ideas that move the needle</li> <li>Craft compelling reports, presentations, and QBRs that show partners exactly where the wins (and the next big opportunities) are</li> <li>Stay organized and ahead of the game using tools like our adjoe dashboard and Salesforce</li> <li>Gather partner feedback, prioritize their technical needs, and champion their voice internally</li> <li>Tackle technical challenges, working side by side with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly</li> </ul> <h2 id="who-you-are">Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years in Ad Tech, Mobile Advertising, Programmatic, or Digital Marketing</li> <li>Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding publisher accounts (experience with EMEA mobile gaming publishers is a plus)</li> <li>Comfortable working with KPIs like CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR and using them to diagnose performance or guide conversations with partners</li> <li>Skilled at finding commercial opportunities others miss and acting quickly to capture them</li> <li>Confident presenting insights and navigating partner conversations, with a knack for turning complex performance data into clear, actionable next steps</li> <li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment, making smart decisions under shifting priorities, and creating sharp, impactful reports and presentations in Google Sheets and Slides to tell a compelling story</li> <li>Fluent in English; fluent in other languages (ex: French, Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus.</li> </ul> <h2 id="fuel-for-the-journey-benefits-to-support-your-ambitions">Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Invest in Your Future</strong>: Regular feedback and our development program support your growth, helping you expand your skillset and achieve your career goals.</li> <li><strong>Easy Arrival to adjoe</strong>: From signing to settling in Hamburg, we’ve got you covered.
