Senior Accountant - Healthcare

Luna Physical Therapy is looking for a Senior Accountant with experience in multi-state healthcare organizations to join our Finance department. In this role, you'll support accurate financial operations, reporting, and compliance across our growing national footprint. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis, we’d love to connect!

How you will have an impact

• Ensure the integrity of accounting data by recording, verifying, and analyzing financial transactions
• Own the monthly close process, including financial reporting and analysis
• Prepare and upload revenue and COGS journal entries in NetSuite
• Reconcile revenue and accounts receivable accounts
• Track, maintain, and process timely payment of local taxes
• Perform daily cash flow reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and support internal/external audits
• Process accounts payable payments via ACH and bank wire
• Analyze the unapplied cash account monthly
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis

What you can offer Luna

• 5+ years of experience in general accounting and financial analysis
• Multi-location or healthcare accounting experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting across departments
• Proficient in Excel; experience with NetSuite and system implementations a plus
