Within our Business Area the customer comes first. Our employees strive to deliver the best customer experience and provide relevant offers and services to the customers. With over eight million customers, BA Customers & Solutions is responsible for the sales of solutions and energy contracts to private and business customers in Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, France and UK.<br/>

<strong>Your role </strong></p><p>You will lead our local HR teams and work in close collaboration with international Business Area HR-team. The local team consist of 6 of which most are experienced HR Business Partners. Also you will be part of the Customer & Solutions Management Team in the Netherlands representing HR, supporting our business and leaders. In this role you will report to Vice President HR, Customers & Solutions.<br/>

Your tasks and responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Being a great HR leader, engaged and supportive to our HR team and towards HR in our subsidiaries</li><li>Being an inspiring and engaged member in MT NL. Partner with our leaders and come with fresh perspectives and new Ideas.</li><li>Align and adjust centrally developed HR processes, making them HR lifecycle related and clear to our business.</li><li>Together with the BA HR team run initiatives, initiate change and development in HR. Attract and retain as important areas to focus on.</li><li>Translate HR processes to business needs, making clear what they will create value for the business.</li><li>Create a professional and efficient “Employee lifecycle” together with the HR BA team such as onboarding/offboarding, talent journey, performance life cycle, total rewards etc.</li><li>Connect Staff Functions, centers of excellence and Business HR to be able to work as efficient as possible</li><li>Make sure we are delivering all topics we decide on together with local HR team.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Location </strong><br/>
You will be working at our Amsterdam offices.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Your profile </strong></p><p>We are looking for a good, respected and experienced leader with proven good results as HR leader, with great coaching capabilities. You will need to be independent, have the ability to sound judgements and to act even if all information is not at hand. This is due to our agile and flexible environment. Furthermore in with many changes going on you clearly see opportunities in new ways of working and adapt to our future business needs. Additionally you have an outgoing personality, create and maintain relations and you inspire others. In any chase you are a strategic problem solver, like to handle complex issues and are resilient. With your analytical skills you support your argument using data in decision making. <br/>
<br/>
Next to this you bring: </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, beneficial if in a HR-related field;</li><li>Broad experience in HR management, preferably based on a relevant managerial role in HR from different industries and from large business;</li><li>Experience in implementation of new processes in HR;</li><li>Deep knowledge and experience in organizational development, implementing change and new ways of working;</li><li>Solid experience from HR in different environments, with a deep experience as HRBP;</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch;</li><li>Strong business acumen and ability to assess business needs;</li><li>Strategic and analytical perspective, and a vision for the people perspective in the business.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our offer </strong><br/>

The salary range will be 102.000 - 125.000 including 8% holidaypay, excluding 4,5% end of year bonus and up to 3,5% profit distribution. <br/>
