You ensure that all personnel mutations are processed correctly. You are responsible for all movements concerning inflow, throughput and outflow in the HR system, submitted by employees, managers and HR colleagues. You are excellent at recognising, reconciling and correcting discrepancies, and you take into account specific collective labour agreement regulations and procedures of various business units.
