 You Are:

 You are an experienced process operations specialist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. You possess a strong background in quantitative disciplines such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or economics, complemented by formal training in Process and Continuous Improvement frameworks and Project Management methodologies. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex information to both internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating a proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and drive process optimization initiatives. You have experience in implementing PPM Portfolio and Project Management tools. You are committed to staying up-to-date with best practices and new methodologies, always seeking opportunities to enhance in-house techniques and processes.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

 * Define, implement, and control Product Operational overall processes, including Service Management and Project Management.
 * Charter and evaluate existing processes to identify and implement improvements.
 * Define and measure key indicators and metrics for up and downstream improvements.
 * Align and define interfaces with different engineering groups and entities.
 * Organize and accelerate cross-functional project teams for global process definition and roll out.
 * Communicate and train teams on Processes and related tools.
