Senior Product Manager

What you’ll do:As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product team, including product management, product development, and the vision and roadmap. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to drive innovation, ensuring the successful development and delivery of high-impact products aligned with the company's strategic goals.

You Will:

• Lead the product development and product management function
• Run your product like a business: manage the entire product life cycle from ideation to planning and execution
• Identify the company's growth opportunities and direct the team's efforts to drive them
• Work on improving a specific business metric to grow revenue and profits in the long term.
• Deeply understand our customers and their needs and use and guide our world-class team to ship remarkable solutions
• Run short-term experiments to decrease inefficiencies throughout the funnel, thus improving the metrics.
• You’ll work cross-functionally with virtually every team – across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing functions – to design an extensible system that can meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You Have:

• 5+ years of direct experience. Owned a successful product from inception to launch
• Lead or worked on a consumer-facing product in the fintech space
• Product/project ownership mentality
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
• Strong empathy for our customers and their pain points.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Deep technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the payments space is strongly preferred but not required
