NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a “Data Center Ops Senior Associate” to join our team in “US”.

 

The Data Center Team is responsible for overall Data Center Management for both the Florence, KY and Cincinnati, OH locations, including Infrastructure and Operations for a multitude of clients across the globe. This position will be three permanent 12 hour shifts with a rotating Saturday.

 

**This is an overnight shift.  The shift will be Wed, Thur, Fri, and every other Sat from 7P to 7A and will be on-site in Florence, KY with no remote option.

 

Daily work will consist of any or all of the following primary duties:

 

• Data Center’s Single point of contact for incoming calls and group email
• Respond to alarms in timely manner and update tickets as required
• Interacts with multiple ticketing systems to organize the teams daily Change Board and workflow
• Verifies that all visitors to the Data Center floor meet NTT’s Access Requirements
• Escorts vendors to the Data Center Floor
• Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Management
• Backup Tape Handling
• Basic hardware support
• Other duties as directed that support world class management of the Data Center
• Intermediate hardware (break/fix), troubleshooting connectivity issues and replacement of hardware components
• Installation / De-installation of hardware, cabling and maintaining of database
• Full Time Position in a Dynamic 24x7x365 organization.
• Shift will include 12 hours, 3 days per week then 4 days a week following.
• This position will include rotating weekends and holidays.
