As part of Institutional Technology, our Technology Area (aka "Tech Area") is responsible for infrastructure, delivery and support of Markets Trading and Sales. We are specifically delivering the technology components of the "eFICC" strategy, which aims to bolster the Bank's market share in Fixed Income and Swaps trading by enhancing its market penetration and improving customer experience through automation.
Our team is responsible for maintaining the systems and services supporting the bonds and swaps electronic trading systems.
This role requires an analyst with a proven track record in supporting Bonds, Swaps and Repo trading desks with their technology needs.

Your key responsibilities are:
- Works with traders, sales, analysts, business managers to address any issues they may be facing with trading systems and tools
- Works with Delivery teams to coordinate changes and releases affecting the desks they are responsible for.
- Helps support team for resolving complex problems in production

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Good understanding of bonds and swaps pricing as well as yield curve construction
- Experience in platforms like Bloomberg and Reuters, trading portals like Yieldbroker and TradeWeb, and trading systems like ION and Murex
- Experienced with tools such as ServiceNow and Confluence • A self-starter that enjoys a challenge and working in an agile environment.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and will complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
- Someone who can interface with both technical and business teams including traders and quants.
- Who will develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders to ensure that all system requirements are developed and implemented with the customer in mind.
- Who enjoys seeing their work making a difference.
- Have good communication skills and are able to work effectively with colleagues located both onshore and offshore.
- Work closely with developers, business and project managers from other teams or projects.
- Excellent telephone consulting skills to gather requirements.

The base salary range for this position is US$140,000 to US$150,000 plus bonus.
This range is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role. The final salary offered will consider your capabilities, skills and knowledge.
