At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. We connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care, which includes in-house specialists in 8 areas of practice, from cardiology to podiatry. We also offer unique services like our ambulatory surgery center and nuclear stress testing facility. Our more than 40 physicians, specialists and credentialed health care providers are assisted by 175 trained support staff.

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our accounting team - Part Time!

Under the direction and supervision of the Controller you will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

· Daily A/R reconciliations

· Monthly financial journal entries

· Monthly reconciliations

· Supply purchasing

· Special projects

· Overseeing tenant subleases

· Providing back up support to the Accounts Payable Clerk

Requirements

Work Schedule: Part Time

· Monday – Friday in office

· 20 hours per week with some flexibility

Education, Qualifications and Skills:

· Associate or Bachelor’s Degree

· 1-2 years of experience in A/R or A/P related activities

· Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel with the ability to create financial spreadsheets.

· Accounting software experience

· Fast and accurate data entry

· Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills

· Detail oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

· Must convey a positive attitude and project a professional image.

· Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
