We are currently seeking a Healthcare Systems Support Sr. Analyst to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).

 

 

NTT DATA's Healthcare Consulting team helps our healthcare clients to streamline clinical and business operations and create efficiencies across the healthcare ecosystem.  We are currently hiring individuals with technical applications support experience to provide critical physician support in Radiology and Cardiology Medical Imaging systems Merative Merge / Merge Cardio / Merge Hemo.  

 

This is an onsite client/physician-facing role requiring work to be performed at various medical facilities located in and around the Nashville metro area.  Candidates must be local to the area and willing/able to work onsite. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 
- Provide elbow support to providers / clinicians
- Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot the PACS / CPACS systems
- Manage and implement the storage of all received digital images from a variety of sources to build and maintain routing solutions for diagnostic images
- Develop and plan strategies and provide technical support
- Support multiple systems such as Merge PACS, InteleRad PACS, McKesson PACS, Laurel Bridge, DICOM Systems, Fuji Synapse PACS
- Install, configure, and administer the connection of modalities in the existing network
- Jointly responsible for the administration of user profiles
- Manage the updating and archiving of image data
- Manage supplier relationships 
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to communicate storage and compute needs for PACS applications

 

Basic Requirements: 
- 5+ years’ years of experience with diagnostic images and workflows with Hospital Information Systems (HIS / EMR) and Radiological Information Systems (RIS)
- Experience in the following PACS/CPACS applications Merative Merge and/or Merative Merge Cardio / Hemo
- Knowledge of the HL7 / DICOM standard in theory and practice
- Experience creating database queries (e.g. SQL)

 

Preferences: 
- Knowledge of current server operating systems, virtual environments, and networks as well as the safe handling of client hardware / software
- Knowledge of VPN (virtual private network) and NAT (network address translation) technologies
- Knowledge / experience using ServiceNow ITSM
