• Ensuring themselves, their work areas, & the store are always clean, neat, & organized
• Engaging our customers' five senses with every product offered by ensuring superior quality & freshness
• Building value & excitement through convenience, product availability, & assortment
• Verifying pricing accuracy & appropriate signage
• Must be able to follow all recipes when preparing deli products
• Promoting a fun, unique, & exciting shopping environment
• Serving the needs of our customers selflessly & with compassion
• Treating every customer as the important people they are
