Job Description
The Cricut Analytics Team is looking to hire an outstanding Senior Data Analyst with strong technical analytical skills to operationalize data intelligence in multiple business units. Person is accountable for executing high-impact analytics initiatives, creating, and driving a culture that values and understands the importance of data. This person will collaborate very closely and cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, Operations as well as the Analytics team, to ensure success. You will also be responsible for making data-driven recommendations to business partners on improving customer engagement/satisfaction in using our software platform.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving actionable insights and strategic direction within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful solutions that align with our company's North Star metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Actionable Insights (30%):
Develop strategies and provide direction for the application of our BI/Dashboarding tool. Build robust KPIs and drill-down capabilities to enable the discovery of actionable insights.Communication (30%):
Collaborate with data science, data engineering, and business teams to deliver features that significantly impact our company’s North Star metrics.Domain Expert (20%):
Understand the business function and its nuances to define proper KPIs to measure the health and success of the business.Data Owners (10%):
Act as the data champion for a specific business function and serve as the single point of contact for internal and external teams on questions related to their business unit’s datasets.Measurement & A/B Testing (10%):
Build relevant KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of Data Science models. Create a multivariate testing and machine learning culture to unlock value and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Background:
- Bachelor degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics)
- Graduate degree in Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics or related STEM fields preferred
- 5 or more years of professional experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics, operational analytics or related field in a quantitative role
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and provide strategic recommendations
- Direct experience with using customer data in e-commerce, consumer goods, technology would be preferred
- Demonstrated ability working with multiple teams to complete critical achievements under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to interpret/translate business requests into clear and actionable technical requirements for meaningful analys
