Position DescriptionRedhorse Corporation has an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant III on a task with the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). The Executive Administrative Assistant III will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the operations of the Golden Field Office (GFO). The Executive Administrative Assistant III will also perform specialized administrative support tasks of a non-routine and non-repetitive nature.

The Executive Administrative Assistant III will also perform specialized administrative support tasks of a non-routine and non-repetitive nature.
Position Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Performing professional level tasks, both formal and informal, requiring independent judgment, initiative, and tact while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Drafting and tracking correspondence.
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office 365 including:
- Excel: including creating, formatting, editing, tracking, etc.
- Word: including creating tables, write-protect information, formatting, editing, converting a document from PDF into Word, mail merge for small and large projects, etc.
- PowerPoint: development and editing
- Outlook: management of multiple calendars and mailboxes and responding to issues
- Performing timekeeping for federal employees.
- Assisting with meeting setup, including webinars and video conferences.
- Preparing reports and making recommendations for actions.
- Creating complex travel arrangements and vouchers in the Concur system.
- Performing project management duties, event planning, and, as assigned, other duties.
Requirements for Experience, Skills, Education and Credentials include:
- Bachelor’s degree with a preferred discipline in Business Administration or Management; 4 years of experience may be substituted for the degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience. Master’s Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file sharing applications.
- Must possess a professional attitude, and learning skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to competently deal with changing requirements
