Program Delivery Lead

Resource Innovations is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to join our team in the Southeast. As a Program Delivery Lead with Resource Innovations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and have primary responsibility for delivering clean energy programs. The successful candidate will manage, lead, and mentor a dynamic team by setting and reviewing performance standards and objectives for direct reports and create effective delivery teams. You will lead process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality assurance and quality control. You will analyze business processes, using process mapping, data analysis tools and collaborate with cross functional teams to write, train and establish policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for developing short and long-term implementation plans, leading program implementation activities, and reporting to support these efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic team and client leadership, primarily for our Jacksonville, FL work.
• Manage and develop program design including the development of work plans to meet goals, aligning staff assignments, managing programs to goal, and providing accurate forecasting both internally and to clients.
• Identify, define, quantify, track, and drive program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time.
• Continuously assess project progress to goals and develop innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
• Develop, manage, and foster partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolves and/or escalates client issues.
• Interface with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance and HR to meet program needs.
• Possibly manage one to three staff members
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field of study required; a Masters degree in a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2+ years experience in energy-efficiency or a related field required, experience with utility energy conservation programs preferred.
• Must be located or willing to relocate to the greater Jacksonville, FL area.
• Direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets and plans.
