This position serves as the Deputy Chief of Enterprise Application Services (EAS) Operations providing onsite administrative oversight and direction to all activities and responsibilities of the EAS Operations Group. Ins this role you will serve as a full line supervisor overseeing  complex vendor contracts, and associated resources to design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise solutions within the Operations group. This position participates in top level management meetings, directs operations program budget preparations and controls appropriation of technology expenditures. In addition, you will establish and manage multiple goals and objectives for Enterprise Application Services to support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators, standards, and key strategies for success in various enterprise solutions.
