TransUnion's Consulting Services organization leads our client engagements for the Marketing Solutions product set. The goal for these engagements is to create credible, integrated partnerships with our clients to establish the successful adoption of our TruAudience products and solutions. This team greatly values and supports continued development.

What You'll Bring:

This Senior Advisor of Solutions Consulting will have strong technical and soft skills for leading complex client engagements, will be passionate about storytelling and translating data into actionable insights and will thrive in fast-paced environments.

· Experience with analytics, marketing strategy and/or consulting, team leadership, and client management.

· 10+ years in analytics/marketing consulting, 5+ years leading a team in a client-facing role.

· Highly effective cross-functional written and verbal communication skills; significant presentation experience with client audiences explaining data, marketing optimization and analytics using Excel and PowerPoint.

· Data analytics, marketing mix models, customer segmentation, data management platforms, predictive analytics experience.

· This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Preference for talent based in Los Angeles, Bay Area, or in close proximity to these two locations.

· Deep knowledge of data analytics and experience with Fortune 100 clients.

Impact You'll Make:

· Reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Solutions

· Lead multi-million dollar client engagements in Marketing Solutions.

· Use quantitative analyses to translate data actionable insights that address business needs.

· Develop marketing forecasts, recommendations, and strategic plans for clients.

· Influence client stakeholders of varying seniority levels to support change management initiatives.

· Manage project delivery (client satisfaction, scope, budget, timeline, internal resources) with best practices.

First 90 Days:

· Integrate into Consulting Services and gain product knowledge.

· Build client relationships and understand their business needs.

· Develop initial project plans and risk mitigation strategies.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $135,010.00 - $228,800.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s
