Jefferson Healthcare has an opportunity for our next Director, Communications and Marketing. As the leader driving the strategy development and implementation for Jefferson Healthcare's communication and outreach strategies, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to build brand awareness and credibility for Jefferson Healthcare. Our next director:

• Has at least five (5) years' experience in communications, marketing, sales, or other related field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focus in communications preferred
• Experience facilitating and supporting meetings with diverse group participants
• Experience developing fund-raising projects, and coordinating large community events
• Minimum of 5 years experience in communications, marketing, sales, or other related field

This full time, exempt position is a hybrid opportunity. 3 days a week on site in Port Townsend, WA is required. This position may also be eligible for a recruitment and/or relocation bonus.
