This function is deeply rooted in <strong>commercial strategy</strong> and acts as a key driver of <strong>lead generation</strong> directly from medical professionals. </p> <p>You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.</p> <p> </p> <p>Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? </p> <p> </p> <p>We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. </p> <p> </p> <p>You’ll be in charge of: </p> <ul> <li>Supporting project management and team coordination to ensure smooth collaboration across global teams.</li> <li>Assisting in designing and implementing global processes and tools to improve efficiency.</li> <li>Helping define KPIs and reporting structures to extract insights for strategic decisions.</li> <li>Analyzing commercial performance to identify trends and provide actionable data.</li> <li>Curating and developing a global repository of strategic content to support medical engagement.</li> <li>Facilitating internal communication to promote alignment and collaboration across departments.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You are the right person if you: </p> <ul> <li>Have a Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar</li> <li>Possess a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams</li> <li>Have an interest in the healthcare sector and how commercial strategies drive business growth</li> <li>Possess analytical acumen, critical thinking, and a keen attention to detail</li> <li>Take initiative and are eager to learn</li> <li>Possess a clear and open communication, and relational skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Curious about who you'll be working with?
